We take care of your cigars. We vacuum seal all boxes and add a Humidity Pack so they arrive well humidified and ready to smoke.

Orders will be shipped via International Priority Airmail with Tracking Number.
Approximate transit times:
4-5 Days for United Kingdom 8-10 Days for Asia, Pacific Rim 7-10 Days for North America. 12-15 Days for Australia

Out of Stock Items:
We do our best to maintain the up-to-date inventory on our website. Should your cigars not be in stock after you place an order, we will contact and inform you. You can then either replace, wait, or remove the box from your order.

All rates and taxes applicable in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you contact your customs agency for further information. We will not be liable for any delay on the order delivery caused by customs services. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or other restrictions imposed by the destination country.
Tobacco related laws differ from one country to another and any VAT, taxes, or customs, if applicable, shall be paid upon receipt of shipment. The customer is responsible to know the import laws and regulations of their country before placing any order at La Casa del Habano Samnaun.
